I am excited to announce our REMOTE PATIENT MONITORING partnership with Athelas
Chi Shum MD’s partnership with Athelas helps us stay better informed about our patients’ physical health with their remote patient monitoring services. Athelas will provide a scale, blood pressure monitor, and (when appropriate) a glucose monitor to our patients and will monitor the data obtained on a monthly basis so we can review it for our regular follow-up appointments. This should give us up-to-date health information and allow us to monitor the health status of our patients more closely.
