For immediate assistance, please call my office during normal business hours. If you have a medical emergency, please do not hesitate to go to your local emergency room.

Once we received your appointment request, our staff will contact you by phone to confirm your appointment.

Due to our busy schedule, we are not able to accept any walk-in patient.

If our schedule is full, we will put you on the waiting list and contact you when an appointment becomes available.

Co-payment will be due at the end of each visit. Please remember to bring cash or a check. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
